Before you book.

Is it cheaper to book here than on Airbnb or Booking.com?+

Usually, yes. A direct booking carries no platform fee, so you pay the stay's direct rate. If the team gave you a referral code, enter it when you book for up to 10% more off.

How do I pay?+

Through a secure Razorpay payment link. We hold your room for 15 minutes while you pay; the booking is confirmed the moment payment clears.

How do I sign in?+

Once, with a 6-digit code on WhatsApp, your email (password or magic link) or Google. There is no second code inside the booking form.

When do I get my confirmation?+

Immediately after payment, on WhatsApp and by email, with the property's check-in and check-out times. The stay also appears under My stays.

What if my dates aren't available?+

Every calendar here is live, so try shifting by a night or two — or write to founders@markoni.ai and we will look at the calendar by hand.
